This home is a direct response to it's site limitations. The footprint of the home was limited by 3 large boulders and a steep slope. In order gain the necessary area we employed multiple levels and cantilevers to gain additional space. The height also allowed us to take advantage of the views of the city and mountain ranges beyond.
